Had a major water leak from our dishwasher that flooded the kitchen, ruining the flooring and island cabinet. I called Independent Restoration Services and the manager Daniel Knowles and his team were at my home within the hour. Daniel took pictures throughout the kitchen and the surrounding area and after a thorough inspection, determined that the water was coming from a disconnected drain line from the dishwasher. Daniel then explained to me what was to happen going forward. His demolition team led by Batt started isolating the kitchen with thick plastic from ceiling to floor, covered the cabinets, counters and other appliances with drop cloths and covered the floor leading to the kitchen. They then removed the damaged flooring in the kitchen and the island cabinet. The cleanup was very neat and no dust at all, and they left the kitchen completely usable. Blowers and an air purifier were left for a few days to make sure the subfloor was completely dry. Daniel and Batt were very professional, they worked quickly and efficiently. They arrived at 9am and were completely done by 4pm. They definitely know what they are doing. I am satisfied that I called Independent Restoration Services first!

Dan was extremely knowledgeable and prompt in helping me deal with the horror and stress that comes with water damage in the home. Found these guys on Yelp after a very bad flood in my home(pipes burst under concrete in multiple places 😭) This company deserves their fantastic reviews! Daniel was awesome and very professional! Super quick and responsive whenever I called or texted with a question and very knowledgeable, which I really needed in this situation for guidance and peace of mind. Brandon the project manager did an outstanding job, also excellent with communication and leadership of the crew.The whole crew has been awesome and I was happy to have them in my home helping us out in a difficult time!
